This year’s gripping read is Bloodsworth: The True Story of the First Death Row Inmate Exonerated by DNA Evidence by Tim Junkin. The book encapsulates an historical criminal justice milestone that took place in the State of Maryland that would eventually lead to the exoneration of hundreds of others wrongfully accused of heinous, violent crimes.
