The Island of Sea Women author Lisa See will join us virtually at this stop on the 2020 One Maryland One Book Author Tour with co-hosts Carroll County Public Library, Frederick County Public Libraries, and Washington County Free Library. Ms. See will be in conversation with avid reader and Carroll County’s Director of Management and Budget Ted Zaleski, and then answer audience questions.
