“The Way We Worked” Opens at Salisbury University Art Galleries

The Way We Worked opens at its fifth and final stop on the statewide tour at Salisbury University Art Galleries Downtown, Friday, September 15 at 5:00 p.m.

SU Art Galleries Downtown is located in the Gallery Building at 212 West Main Street in Downtown Salisbury. To celebrate the opening of The Way We Worked exhibition and its companion exhibits exploring art, labor, Delmarva and the world, folk/punk musician and storyteller, Shannon Murray will perform People’s Music, a project aiming to preserve working class history in story and song. Also, Furnace Town Living Heritage Museum will be on site offering broom-making demonstrations.
