If you’ve ever been in a room full of capable people and felt something was missing, you’re not alone.

This lab is for leaders holding communities together through rapid change, high stakes, and growing tension. You’ll gain frameworks to open important conversations and create spaces where connection happens by design.

Join us for a Connection Design Lab. This lab is for people responsible for bringing fragmented groups together: facilitators, researchers, educators, community builders, and leaders of teams or movements. This is an experiential lab design where you’ll get hands-on practice that grows your capacity for connection.

Funding for this project was provided in part by Preservation Maryland and the Maryland Historical Trust.
