Native American Scholar Symposium

Frederick Douglass High School in Upper Marlboro, MD will hold a Native American Scholar Symposium on Saturday, November 11 at 10 AM- 1 PM, extending of the exploration of There There. This one-day symposium is FREE and open to the public and will feature local tribal leaders and members. The symposium will include panel discussions, presentations, and Q&A sessions, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of Native American history, literature, and cultural identity. IB year 1 and year 2 students will actively participate and facilitate our panel discussion questions.
