By The Numbers entries are number / caption pairs that can be displayed on pages using the By The Numbers element in the main content area.
Adding and editing By The Numbers entries
From the WordPress dashboard, click By The Numbers on the left menu to bring up the full listing. To edit an existing entry, click its name in the list; to add a new entry, click Add New at the top of the page.
On the Edit By The Numbers page, there are several fields available:
- Title: in this case, the title is internal only.
- Number: the number in question. Commas should be included in large numbers, e.g. 1,000.
- Description: the text associated with the number.
- Tag: By The Numbers entries are generally displayed by category, so be sure to add tags for the appropriate categories here.
Be sure to click Publish or Update to make your changes live.
